James Walsh - Chairman

A graduate of University of the West Indies where he attained B.Sc., M.Sc. also he is a Justice of the Peace. Mr. Walsh has been the C.D.F's Chairman since its inception in 1993. He is presently the Principal of Brown's Town Community College and also is the President of the First Regional Cooperative Credit Union. He serves on several Boards such as St. Ann Development Company, Golden Pre-School and St. Ann Cooperative Credit Union.

Marcia Williams – Secretary/ Treasurer

Mrs. Williams is a graduate of Jamaica School of Agriculture where she attained a Diploma in Household Science. She also obtained certification in Rooms Management from Cornell University of Hotel Administration in New York and is currently completing a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Guidance Counselling. Mrs. Williams worked with RADA for eleven years as a Social Service Home Economic Officer and did six years at Couples Hotel as a Director of House Keeping Services. She is presently employed to Runaway Bay Heart Hotel and Training Institute as a Food Preparation Facilitator. She is also an entrepreneur and has two buses in the J-Cal Tours Company.
