Mr. Francis Tulloch, Member of Parliament for Eastern Hanover, provided the initial capital of Six Hundred Thousand Dollars ($600,000.00). The Mission statement of the CDFs "To broaden the economic endeavour of its members and increase their productive capacity thought saving, training and credit." The office is located on the Main Street in Hopewell and presently serves the entire Parishes of Hanover. A Management Committee of six (6) members manages the CDF
