Yallahs Community Development Fund Limited is a community based Micro enterprise financing agency that provides credit to micro business from funding it receives from the Micro Investment Development Agency (M.I.D.A).
The Community Development Fund (C.D.F) was established by residents in the community pooling their resources together with also a grant from the social and economic support programme. It was registered under the Provident Society's Act in November1992.

The objectives of the Community Development Fund (C.D.F) is to help people within the parish who have difficulty in accessing a loan through banking institutions for the start-up of businesses and for the expansion of their businesses, to enhance employment and income generation for the unemployed and in-still a level of economic prosperity within the parish. The initial share capital then was twenty seven thousand three hundred and eighty five dollars ($27,385.00). Two persons were employed to the C.D.F., (a manager and a clerk/secretary).

The Community Development Fund (C.D.F) offers funding in three main sectors, Manufacturing, Service and for Agricultural purpose. The present loan portfolio is thirteen million three hundred and ninety three thousand and thirty seven dollars ($13,393,437.00). Of this amount 66.14% represent loan in the Service sector, 9% in the Manufacturing sector and 24.86% represent the Agricultural sector.

The Community Development Fund (C.D.F) presently employs four staff member a chairman, an Office Manager, Administrative Assistance and a Clerk. The existing share capital is two hundred and six thousand six hundred and fifty dollars ($206,650). The C.D.F. is geared towards expanding its clientele by selling itself vigorously so that everyone who is in need of our service/assistance will benefit in every corner of the parish thereby providing a sense of community pride, discipline and hope with the new ability to enhance their self esteem and the overall development of their community
