Greater Portland - Loans Requirement

Loan Requirements generally are as follows:

- purchase 80 shares @ $5.00 each which equals $400

- Start CRF savings Account with the amount of $120

-  Entry fee of $80

- Supply two character refernces or one character and one credit reference.

- Supply two certified passport photographs

- TRN & Identification Card

- Food handlers permit where necessary (Business Certification, Business Licence or any statuary for your business)

- Supply proof of permission to use premises for business

- Proof of market where necessary

- Proforma Invoices

N.B. Applicants are required to attend an interview, which loans are evaluated and approved based on:

            - Character of borrower

            - Credit History

            - Experience or skill in the relevant business

            - The financial aspect (cash flow, liquidity profitability, etc)

            - the existence of a market for the relevant business.
