Portmore - Loans Requirement

Loan Requirements generally are as follows:

- Pro-forma invoices for items to be purchased with loan funds
- 2 Passport size pictures certified by Justice of the Peace or Pastor
- $800 for Membership fees (non-refundable)
- $600 for purchase of shares
- 2 Recommendations
- TRN
- 25% Security Deposit
- Business Records and Collateral (75% loan amount)

Additionally our project officers will assist in the provision of business support and technical services in the area of

- Marketing and Operating Strategy
- Establishing and maintaining business records
- Inventory Control
- Costing and pricing
- Cash Flow/Money management

Where we cannot provide the technical service required we will direct you to an appropriate agency specializing in the provision of such services.
