St. Ann's Bay - Loans Requirement

Loan Requirements generally are as follows:

- Deposit 25% of the loan amount.

- 2 Passport Pictures certified by Justice of the Peace

- 2 Recommendation of JP,Pastor, Senior police officers or Teacher must be stamped

- Membership fee and shares ($400)

- TRN

- Collateral to cover 75% of the loan amount

-Application fee $200

- Business records (eg. Financial statements or sales , purchase receipts)

- Proforma invoice of items to be purchased

- 4% processing fee (paid at time of loan disbursement)

- Guarantor must be in a viable job (requires recommendation and passport size picture)
