Norma Shaw is another story of hard work and determination by an individual who is counted as one of the Westmoreland CDF success story. She started out with a small loan in 2004. This was used to purchase commercial washers to assist with the growing demand for her service. Clean and clear Laundromat is operated on the west end road of the world's renown- Negril Hotel Strip.

Ms. Shaw in opening this business made an intelligent and sophisticated decision as she not only serves the community, but also counts as her clientele, a number of small to medium sized hotels. This point should not be underestimated, as she is assured of continuous work from some hotels.

Clean and Clear Laundromat has been doing so well, that the business had to expand to accommodate additional machines to meet the demand. The CDF is proud to be the facilitator, and is presently working to provide Ms. Shaw with a Commercial Dryer to further enhance her ability to grow.
