For the year under review the Agency disbursed $211.83 million to its island-wide network of Community Development Funds, ( CDFs ). This level of loan disbursement reflected an increase of $51.43 million, or 32% over the previous year. Micro enterprises funded by CDFs totaled 1,984, an increase of 17.05% over the 2002/2003 financial year. The average loan size for the period was $105,718.00 com-pared to $91,732.00 for the previous year.
